There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for individuals from Mondays to Saturdays. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for group bookings any day of the week. If less notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

For Women:

Hairline, eyebrows, cheeks, upper lip, neck, chin, chest, abdomen, arms, hands, bikini area, legs, feet and ingrown hairs.

For Men:

Hairline, eyebrows, ear and nose (external hair only), ingrown beard hair (razor bumps), neck, shoulders, chest and back.
